The Lagos del Sol Residential Development master plan is located around two majestic freshwater lakes which span an area of 40 hectares (98.84 acres). Conserving the natural environment is of the utmost importance to us, which is why 50% of the 200 hectares (494 acres) where the residential and condominium lots are situated, consist of natural areas.
We have gone to great lengths to maintain low residential density, to ensure luxury and exclusivity.
There is also a condominium regime to preserve the harmonious nature of the development and guarantee the intimacy and privacy every resident needs in their life.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN
The landscape design of Lagos del Sol was created by Mario Schjetnan Garduño, co-founder of the interdisciplinary company, Urban Design Group. Schjetnan is famous for his urban parks in Mexico and has won a number of international awards.
MARIO SCHJETNAN GARDUÑO
Born in Mexico City, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the UNAM in 1968. Later, in 1970, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture specializing in Urban Design, from the University of California, Berkeley. In 1984, he received a Loeb Scholarship from Harvard University to carry out advanced environmental studies. He founded his Urban Design Group workshop in 1977, together with José Luis Pérez Maldonado, and developed a multiplicity of landscape architecture, urban design, and architecture projects of varying typologies and scale.
